To celebrate 10 years of iCamp Thailand, we are launching our biggest anniversary promotion to date.

For 2026 Songkran Camps and 2026 Summer Camps, families may register one camper at the advertised rate and bring a second camper free of charge.

This promotion is open to all families.

The offer applies only when both campers attend the same camp week.

It is our way of celebrating a decade of adventure while welcoming new and returning families alike.

The promotion applies when one camper registers and pays the advertised rate for a specific 2026 Songkran or Summer Camp week.
Each paid registration unlocks one complimentary place.
Both campers must attend the same camp week.
The offer cannot be split across different weeks.
The complimentary place cannot be transferred to another week.
The offer is open to new and returning campers.

Valid only for 2026 Songkran Camps and 2026 Summer Camps.
Not valid for school residential trips, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, private bookings, corporate programmes, day camps or non-public camps.

Any additional purchases must be paid in full.

The promotion may be used across multiple weeks.
For each week booked, one camper must be registered at the advertised rate applicable at the time of confirmation, whether Early Bird, Standard Registration or Final Allocation.
Each paid registration unlocks one complimentary place for that same week only.
The complimentary place cannot be transferred, deferred, carried forward or used without a corresponding paid registration for that same week.

Please note that confirmation under Option B depends on payment verification and processing time.

Full payment is required to activate the Buy One Get One Free promotion.
The complimentary place is activated only once the paid registration has been fully confirmed.
Registration phase pricing is determined at the time of confirmed payment, not at the time of enquiry.

The complimentary place is strictly linked to the corresponding paid registration for the same camp week.
If the paid camper cancels, withdraws, or does not attend, the complimentary place will automatically be cancelled.
The complimentary place cannot remain active without the corresponding paid registration.
Standard iCamp cancellation terms apply to the paid registration only.
The complimentary place has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refund, credit, transfer, or deferral.
The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to previously confirmed bookings.
Both campers must attend the full booked camp week to retain promotional eligibility.

Subject to weekly capacity limits.
Once a week is full, the promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.
Places are confirmed on a first secured basis, determined by payment confirmation.

The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer unless expressly stated.
